Main Features
- It inputs sand onto a grate
which has several air spaying nozzles, and forms a fluidized
bed of moving sand with air pressure, then
burns and disposes wastes when sand is heated to 600~700
degrees.
- Only small heating needed for rebooting after short
stops as thermal capacity of fluidized bed is sufficiently
large to cover any change in sludge quality
and operation stops.
- Despite the major purpose of disposal of sludge from
water waste treatment plant, it is very flexible to adapt
to various waste qualities.
- Cost efficient as only a small site needed for relatively
large waste capacity.
